Physical Design Engineer

POSITION: PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITY

• You’ll drive the full Physical Design flow: Floorplan → Placement → CTS → Routing → STA → Sign-off (DRC/LVS/EM/IR).

• Work on advanced SoC/ASIC tape-outs, optimize PPA, solve timing challenges, and build automation scripts.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in PD for ASIC/SoC

• Cadence Innovus / Synopsys ICC2 or FC

• Strong in STA, PnR, floorplanning, low-power

• TCL/Python/Shell scripting

• Basic English communication
