POSITION: Senior AI Engineer

COMPANY: Smartbit Technology

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and optimize AI Chat Agents (chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants) powered by Large Language Models (LLM)

• Design conversational flows, prompt strategies, and agent orchestration logic.

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrate internal knowledge sources

• Implement APIs and integrate AI agents into internal and external systems.

• Monitor agent performance (accuracy, latency, hallucinations) and continuously improve.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Propose corrective and preventive actions and recommend improvements to enhance player experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including work with LLMs and SLMs.

• Experience building conversational AI systems using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), and RAG pipelines.

• Solid understanding of NLP, transformers, prompting strategies, and model evaluation.

• Experience with API integration, microservices, and deploying ML systems to cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
