POSITION: Global Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Industry

RESPONSIBILITY

• Carry out on-site setup, installation, and system start-up activities for semiconductor production equipment.

• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

• Troubleshoot system issues by interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools, with technical support available from senior team members when necessary.

• Detect and resolve electrical or mechanical irregularities while maintaining strict safety awareness.

• Maintain accurate service records and utilize internal knowledge databases in accordance with company IP policies.

• Deliver professional technical support to customers and maintain strong service quality standards.

• Adhere to corporate safety requirements and promote safe working practices at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 2+ year of practical experience

• Solid foundational knowledge of electromechanical systems and strong attention to technical details.

• Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Prior exposure to semiconductor manufacturing equipment or similar industrial systems is advantageous.

• Open to frequent international travel and long-term overseas assignments (potentially exceeding 12 months).
